Tshepiso commenced his professional career in the construction, mining and engineering sector acting in various managerial roles and leading positions. With more than five years’ experience in the built and engineering sector, he accumulated great knowledge and understanding of disputes that arise on site and effective ways on how to resolve disputes through methods contained within construction contracts. He previously provided training for construction managers on tendering processes and risks involved on projects and he has been part of large-scale projects with a cumulative value of R3 Billion in and around South Africa and has effectively executed them and in the process saving time and cost.
He joined Tiefenthaler Africa as a candidate attorney in 2019 and was subsequently admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in October 2022. He has great understanding and knowledge of construction contracts such as the GCC, JBCC, NEC and FIDIC agreements. He has been involved in adjudications and arbitrations as part of a legal team representing local and international clients in the construction, mining and engineering field.
